Integrity and Trust

To uphold the integrity and trust of the IELTS exam, we ask each test taker will to provide a photo and finger scan before the test, on test day.

We use finger scans to verify your registration details or after returning from the washroom during the test.  We securely store finger scans as a binary code (a series of numbers).  This means that no image of your finger scan (fingerprint) is taken or stored at any time, and the data is kept securely in accordance with privacy legislation.  Please see here for details or contact us with any question you may have.

Candidate Feedback

If you have a problem during your test: Report any problems on test day and before you leave the test venue.  IELTS candidate feedback forms are available from the test centre reception.

If you would like to give feedback about your customer experience: Please contact us by email, stating the details of your test location, date, and any other details you would like to provide.

Note that any complaints submitted after you leave the test centre cannot be verified or influence your test scores.  We will consider them for future improvements only.
